Selected work

Examples of how I extend finance thinking into operating design and execution.

These are practical extensions of the same questions that shape my finance work: how to design better operating routines, make information more useful and execute well under real constraints.

Core initiatives

Longer-form work where business models, systems and operating discipline matter.

Triii.me

A structured coaching venture built around constraints, planning discipline and adaptive execution.

Triii.me is a side venture where I apply the same operating principles I value in finance: start from real constraints, design a workable system and keep decisions grounded in reality.

Why it exists
To build a coaching model that adapts to calendars, fatigue and changing conditions instead of relying on idealized plans.
My role
I co-founded the project and shape the business model, operating design and finance perspective alongside product direction.
Current focus
Refining the service model and early product structure around an experience that remains useful over time.
What it shows
It shows how structured thinking, clear trade-offs and system design can travel beyond finance into adjacent operating contexts.

Working experiments

Smaller tests around reporting, automation and execution routines.

Experiments

Smaller initiatives across reporting, automation and AI to improve visibility and execution.

A running layer of smaller initiatives where I test workflows, reporting setups and automation ideas before they deserve broader rollout.

Why it exists
To keep methods practical, grounded in real operating needs and worth scaling only when they prove useful.
My role
Operator, analyst and builder of the decision-support layer.
Current focus
Short-cycle experiments that reduce manual work, sharpen visibility or improve operating routines.
What it shows
They show how I approach systems thinking in a practical, business-facing way.
