Triii.me is a side venture where I apply the same operating principles I value in finance: start from real constraints, design a workable system and keep decisions grounded in reality.

Why it exists: To build a coaching model that adapts to calendars, fatigue and changing conditions instead of relying on idealized plans.
My role: I co-founded the project and shape the business model, operating design and finance perspective alongside product direction.
Current focus: Refining the service model and early product structure around an experience that remains useful over time.
What it shows: It shows how structured thinking, clear trade-offs and system design can travel beyond finance into adjacent operating contexts.
